Just amazing very inclusive and I know I have said it many times but so supportive your teammates, your manager, and directors all make you feel important and take time to invest in your growth! Really just making those calls, it is not as easy as it sounds, and some people are phenomenal month after month, making amazing money, but it is more of a sales job than customer service, which has been my background for 20 years so I have and continue to have to master the craft of making 80 dials/ day and master making it work to your advantage and the person u are selling ads What is the most stressful part about working at the company? You do have to really grind to be good or great even at a sales position with Yelp, but like I said very supportive managers who are willing to help and work with you to get better It is just a very supportive team atmosphere, the training at the very beginning and through t your career is some of the best I have ever had.
